Vero Autoglass provides auto glass repair and replacement services. All services are subject to technician availability and are performed based on industry safety standards. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Quotes and Payment

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle and the specific parts required. Payment is due in full upon completion of services, unless prior arrangements have been made (e.g., through insurance or financing).

4. Warranty

Our services come with a lifetime warranty covering defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is detailed on our Warranty page and does not cover new damage from vandalism, theft, acts of God, or self-inflicted damage.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vero Autoglass, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
